A Professor of Counseling and Career Development within the School of Education, Rich presently serves on the Board of the National Career Development Association and is recognized nationally as a speaker, consultant and author in career development. Having consulted in 49 states and internationally he is a father, husband and entrepreneur.
In 2003 he was appointed University Distinguished Teaching Scholar at Colorado State University.
