Previously on the faculty of Colorado State University, Pfeiffer University, and Iowa State University, Ann Gilley also spent fourteen years working in a variety of managerial capacities for financial and insurance institutions. She and Jerry W. Gilley co-own Trilogy Performance Group, a performance consulting firm. She is author and co-author of several books, including The Manager as Change Leader, The Manager as Change Agent, The Performance Challenge, Beyond the Learning Organization, and Organizational Learning, Performance, and Change, recipient of the Academy of Human Resource Development book-of-the-year award in 2000.
