Kurt Kraiger, Ph.D.
Professor
Dr. Kurt Kraiger is the co-director of the Industrial and Organizational Psychology degree program. Dr. Kraiger specializes in training design and delivery, evaluation, E-learning, and corporate culture and climate.

Zinta S. Byrne, Ph.D.
Associate Professor
Dr. Zinta Byrne is the co-director of the Industrial and Organizational Psychology program. Dr. Byrne specializes in organizational justice and politics, organizational behaviors and attitudes, technology in organizations, and employee engagement and retention.

Dr. Peter Chen specializes in emotion/personality and work behavior, occupational health and return to work, and performance evaluation and feedback.

Dr. Alyssa Gibbons specializes in assessment centers, safety climate and safety culture, and measurement issues.

George C. Thornton, III, Ph.D.
Emeritus Professor
Dr. George Thornton III specializes in industrial psychology, management assessment and development, and personnel selection.

Online. On-campus attendance is not required to complete this program.

Total Credits

38 credits. This is a course work-only program and does not require completion of a thesis.

Tuition

$619 per credit. Books and statistical software are not included in tuition. (financial aid available)

Time Frame

This degree can be completed in two years. Summer courses are required to complete this program.

Apply by April 1st for the Fall 2010 semester. You do not need to be admitted to register for Fall 2009 or Spring 2010 courses.
