This program is currently under development; we anticipate the program to be ready January 2009.
Industrial/Organizational (I/O) psychology is the study of human behavior in the workplace. I/O psychologists focus on research and consulting that results in tools and systems that drive selection and placement, training and development, organizational development, performance measurement and individual quality of work life, just to name a few.
Students completing the program will receive broad training in research and quantitative methods that will facilitate applied research work upon graduation. Students will also have opportunities to tailor additional coursework to meet individual objectives and future employment or educational plans.
