The Learning Experience

The Denver–based AET degree is a blended program, which means that you will complete course work in the classroom and online. You will meet at the Denver Learning Center for in-person classes once a month on Saturdays. Registration and purchasing of textbooks is all completed in Denver and does not require travel to the Fort Collins.

Because it is a cohort-based program, you will take courses in an established order and progress through the program with the same classmates throughout the two year program. The sequence of courses is set in advance so that each class builds upon the previous course work. Once you understand the foundation, courses move into more application-based concepts and theories. In this cohort-based program, your individual and professional growth is encouraged through networking and collaboration with the same group of professionals throughout the program.
