This course is offered through the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Colorado State University. You must be an Osher member to enroll in this course.

This course makes concrete and practical suggestions on how to enhance your personal aging/life enhancement processes. It will include suggestions for:

  • Doing a life review;
  • Identifying and releasing your thoughts, beliefs, and roles which are no longer fulfilling, meaningful, or challenging;
  • Re-focusing your life and priorities in order to make desired changes; and
  • Renewing your body, mind and spirit.

Noncredit courses do not produce academic credit nor appear on a Colorado State University academic transcript.

Instructors

C. Dean Miller

Dr. C. Dean Miller taught in Colorado State University?s Department of Psychology for 27 years. His teaching and research focused on adolescent and adult development. He has received a number of excellence in teaching awards, as well as graduate student advising awards. For the past eight years, Dr. Miller has studied various "aspects of aging well" and has done variations of this workshop in other contexts.
