ITLL 2002 - What You Really Need to Know About: Databases and Access (Intermediate)

This is an intermediate course in the concepts and tools of database management. Students create multi-table queries, develop forms and sub forms, create complex reports from tables and queries, create advanced queries, and share Access data with other Microsoft Office programs.

Before enrolling in this course, students must be able to create a table, query, form and a report in a single database. This course assumes students have these introductory skills.

Noncredit courses do not produce academic credit nor appear on a Colorado State University academic transcript.

Mike Hanna is an instructor in the College of Agricultural Sciences at Colorado State University. He has been teaching for 32 years at the high school, community college, and university levels. Mike began working with computers in 1966. He is currently teaching faculty members how to put their courses on the Internet as well as freshman- and junior-level courses in computer applications.
