Effective leadership is the backbone of success. Leadership denotes mental strength and tenacity, decision making ability, owning responsibility for decisions and inspiring, guiding and empowering others to achieve their great potential. These skills apply in state and government agencies, in the private sector, and in family life.

Learn the role of effective leadership from an instructor experienced in developing managerial skills in the rural communities of India, Zambia, and Azerbaijan - as well as in the corporate world.

This course is recommended for managers, middle managers and project managers in private and government organizations.

Mr. Vinod Parekh is the director of Human Development Services - a management consulting organization based in Nashik, India, which specializes in conducting management alignment, team building, and personal and organizational effectiveness enhancement programs for public, private and voluntary sectors.

He also serves as the international projects director/coordinator for Village Earth: The Consortium for Sustainable Village-Based Development.
