Don Venneberg is Assistant Professor, Organizational Performance and Change at Colorado State University. His research interests are in workforce development, performance management and leading change in organizations. His recent publications are in the areas of mentoring and the recruitment, development and retention of older workers.
Don is a former senior executive with the US General Services Administration, where he successfully led, trained and developed people in both small teams and large organizations. He was also an instructor with the US Army Intelligence School and worked for a training company teaching supervisors and managers to effectively supervise and develop their team members to accomplish organizational objectives
Don holds a PhD in Education & Human Resource Studies (Organizational Performance and Change) from Colorado State University (CSU), Masters of Public Administration degrees from both the University of Colorado and the University of Southern California, and a BA degree in Political Science from CSU.
