Description

This course was previously numbered CE 440.

Evaluation management and prevention of nonpoint source pollution of groundwater and surface water. Course content includes basic concepts of pollutant transport through soils and with overland flow, using specific examples for illustration such as pesticide and nitrate contamination of groundwater, eutrophication of surface waters, acid mine drainage, and others.

This course has an online component delivered through RamCT.
