Prerequisite

Consent from the College of Business must be given prior to registration. If consent is not granted by the College of Business, you will automatically be dropped from the course and responsible for any associated fees.

Description

Leadership and motivational concepts and skills, including alternative leadership models, alternative reward systems and utilizing gap analysis framework.
