During this module participants will explore strategies to manage change in their organizations. Participants will identify and diagnose an organizational problem; and apply procedures to design and implement change initiatives, including approaches to mitigate resistance to change, and execute communication plans.
Noncredit courses do not produce academic credit nor appear on a Colorado State University academic transcript.
