Leaders in today’s businesses are the ethical role models for their organizations, and all of society. Through this course you’ll strengthen your ability to anticipate, analyze, and respond to ethical issues in organizations.

Instructors
Christina Schlachter, PhD is the founder and CEO of the Center for Socially Responsible Leadership, a consulting and research firm dedicated to advancing ethical leadership and social responsibility within corporations, non-profits, and universities. She is also a founding member and the North America regional leader of the University Social Responsibility Alliance.
Christina holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding University, as well as a Masters in Education from Stanford, a Masters in Human and Organizational Studies from the Fielding University, and a B.S. in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami (FL). She is also a graduate of the General Electric Financial Management Program, and has had formal Essential Facilitation and Change Acceleration Process (CAP) training.
