During this class, emerging leaders, supervisors and managers seeking to embrace and cultivate a climate of leadership will gain an introduction to basic leadership strategy, principles and behavior.

Mr. Craig was a Senior Consultant with Vector Group, Inc., a boutique global consulting firm for eighteen years and is now rejoining the firm. He contributed significantly to a number of large-scale strategic initiatives in the US, UK, Europe, Mexico and South America. Most of his work focused on organizational effectiveness which can include organizational diagnostics, individual assessment, executive coaching, leadership development, group facilitation, management and employee training, and teambuilding. He conducted training programs for management as well as employees. Most recently, Mr. Craig was a Principal Consultant with Perot Systems Corporation, a $3B technical solutions company.

ASTD recognized Gary for his "outstanding commitment and service to the profession of Human Resource Development and Performance" following his ten years of contributions to the Society.
