BSLL 3020 - Coaching Tools for Supervisors and Managers

While the formal coaching relationship between coach and client is distinct from the employee-supervisor relationship, there are tools, skills and styles used by professional coaches that are applicable to the supervisory role. Participants will learn and practice a variety of coaching skills they can use in their work with employees.

Noncredit courses do not produce academic credit nor appear on a Colorado State University academic transcript.

Stan Scott

Stan Scott is a communication genius. In addition to holding an MPA he has extensive experience in organizational, interpersonal and community communication strategies. Having worked with and for municipalities, non-profits and the private sector in developing sustainable workplace communication practices for individuals, groups and managers he brings a wealth of knowledge and instructional experience to this role.
