To become a Certified PMP, you must first pass the PMP exam, given by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

In this two-day workshop, you will receive expert instruction from PMP-certified instructors that will provide real-world examples in project management, cover the key Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) Guide knowledge areas, and provide study tips and tricks to help you pass the exam the first time!
