Description
This course will build on previous coursework in corporate finance by using case problems to apply financial management principles to business firms. Topics will include: company valuation, capital budgeting analysis, capital structure, cost of capital, mergers and acquisition and restructuring.
Noncredit courses do not produce academic credit nor appear on a Colorado State University academic transcript.
