BSLL 1075 - How to Think Like an Entrepreneur within Your Organization
Noncredit / Fall 2009
Delivery/Location: Loveland
An entrepreneurial approach is needed in large companies, small businesses, for-profits, and non-profits. In this course you will learn the three Griggs Achievement keys to successful entrepreneurship - passion, patience, and pandemonium.
1. This course teaches that passion gives you the purpose to sustain your efforts.
2. Patience is akin to genius. The best innovations and inventions took much longer than the originator imagined. Many lost faith and gave up. Later, someone else took up the cause and through patience found success.
3. Finally, the entrepreneur has a stomach for confusion and gray areas. This pandemonium "trait" allows you to be the steady rock during strange or difficult times.
