Managing change includes letting go of the old and understanding the confusing feelings and emotions this may cause. Group symbols and traditions can help. High performing teams spend lots of time together and learn how they react to stress, confusion, chaos, and risk. This program throws it all at them. They emerge ready for change and fit to approach mastery.

He has also consulted for IBM, HP, Apple, the IRS, Lucasfilm, Visa, and other public private firms.
