AGRI 140 (Technology in Agriculture) or CIS 150 (Business Computing Concepts and Applications) or CS 110 (Personal Computing).
Description
This is a beginning course in the concepts and tools of project management. Microsoft Project 2000 is used to reinforce the concepts. Students create tasks, link related tasks, create a calendar, assign responsibilities to team members, and track associated costs.

Mike Hanna is an instructor in the College of Agricultural Sciences at Colorado State University. He has been teaching for 32 years at the high school, community college, and university levels. Mike began working with computers in 1966. He is currently teaching faculty members how to put their courses on the Internet as well as freshman- and junior-level courses in computer applications.
