Certificate Overview
In this six-course series, students learn the uniform management skills that are critical to effectively dealing with changing organizational needs that result from expansion, acquisition, and growth.
Through Leadership BaseSkills© training, students learn to manage the demands of customers, suppliers, and competitors with an awareness of the four barriers to quality. Based on a decade of experience and study, and on thousands of interactions with business people, the program addresses key business concepts including invention, retention, and prevention.
As a wife, mother of three boys, and business owner, life can be hectic. Fortunately, the online courses offered through Continuing Education at CSU provide flexibility in my busy schedule.
