A little bit about our program. First of all, we are cohort-based, which means students take classes together for two years. Each student takes two courses per semester for three semesters each year. At the conclusion of the program, students will participate in a capstone project, which allows them to address a real performance problem or organizational breakdown. The purpose of this capstone project is to pull together the entire curriculum that includes courses like human resource development, power politics and influence, consultation and analysis, performance consulting and strategies, and human resource development. Each of those courses are designed to give you a set of competence as well as confidence in your abilities to address organizational problems, performance breakdowns, and organizational inefficiencies. You will be taught how to look at organizations so that you can look at any organizational issue and be able to determine which kind of intervention strategy is most appropriate.
We would like to encourage you to explore our website, take a look at the courses, and answer this question: Is it time for you to become a strategic partner or change agent in your organization? Thank you.
