If you have a desire to improve the way that your organization is managed, particularly with the people, this is the place for you. You will love it, it's a fun experience, and I am so thrilled that I decided to come here.

So far the program has been pretty amazing really. I have had a really great opportunity to meet my classmates and my cohort from a number of different industries, and so I think I have really in addition to the course work and material and our projects that we have done, I have really had a good opportunity to see the business world and organizations from the perspectives of different professionals. And that's really brought in my perspective, and that's exactly the type of experience I was hoping to gain from graduate school.

My current cohort is just amazing. They come from various industries, and so it has opened up my perspective in that way, but how terrific it is to build your network. By being here every week, we have gotten to know each other pretty well, and we are still working together and so I imagine by the end of the program, we will have built some really strong friendships in addition to outstanding business relationships.

Several of the projects that we have worked on so far have an immediate impact on the jobs of most of the people in my cohort. They go back and apply a lot of the knowledge and skills that they have learned, and we have had a chance to go into current companies and actually tackle some of their problems that they are facing and that they are challenged with and give them our objective analysis and some recommendations. So, that's been a real fun experience as well.
