Accessing Online Credit Courses in RamCT

All students need an Electronic Identity (eID) to access courses on RamCT. New students should create their eID as soon as possible after registration to reduce delays in accessing online courses.

Logging In to RamCT

  1. Go to the RamCT homepage
  2. Enter your eID login information (eName and ePassword) and click "OK." If you forget your eID password, see below.
  3. A list of the courses you are enrolled in will be displayed. If one of your courses is not listed, and the course has already begun, please contact your instructor.
  4. Enter any course by clicking on its title.

Courses will not be viewable in RamCT until the Friday before the start of the term. Courses that start later in the term may not be available at the start of the term, but will become available the first day of class.

Forgotten (eID) Passwords

If you have forgotten your ePassword, visit the eID web site at http://eid.colostate.edu. Click on "Change Password" and then click on "I forgot my ePassword." Go through the steps presented to change your password.

Common Problems

I don't see my course in RamCT?
Your online credit course becomes available in RamCT the Friday before the start of the term, so you will not see it in your RamCT course list until then. All open entry courses are available immediately, however.

I can't log in, why?
If you are having log in problems, try following the "forgotten password" steps above. Does your eID login work? Try accessing RamWeb to see if your eID is working. If you can't login to RamWeb, then visit the eID website for support. If you can login to RamWeb but still cannot resolve your problem using the eID website, please contact the CTSS Help Desk.
