Master's of Applied Industrial/Organizational Psychology Now Offered Online!
Colorado State University Continuing Education is offering a new online Master's of Applied Industrial/Organizational Psychology degree to meet the growing demands of business, industry, government and consultants for professionals to improve worker productivity and employee retention rates. The new degree will also help with challenging issues such as workplace diversity and anti-discrimination policies and use survey design, analysis and research to develop tools for program evaluation and statistical analysis.

With its online delivery format, the program allows working professionals throughout the nation and the world to pursue a master's degree without being required to attend traditional campus-based classes.
According to Kurt Kraiger, co-director of the Industrial/Organizational Psychology degree program, "Industrial/Organizational Psychology offers exciting career opportunities for individuals with master's level training. "Our online program not only provides a convenient and flexible way to learn the latest theories and professional tools, but it prepares students for entry into the global workplace."Major concepts covered in this program include training and leadership development, organizational development, selection and placement, performance measurement, organizational health, quality of work life, and talent management.
Students in the MAIOP degree program have the opportunity to network with professionals in industry, obtain research experience in consultation with Industrial/Organizational Psychology faculty, and receive specialized attention due to the ten-to-one ratio of students to instructors.
